Terms of Service

BloomKin provides HR and staff-wellbeing software, including employee records, leave, letters, documents, a service desk, expiry reminders, kudos and wellbeing check-ins. By creating an account you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for your company.

• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
• You are responsible for what happens under your company’s accounts, including the people you invite and the access levels you give them.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

Your company owns the information you put into BloomKin. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your employees’ information and for telling them how it is used.

You agree not to:

• use BloomKin for anything unlawful, or to harass, discriminate against or unfairly monitor people;
• try to access another company’s data, or to disrupt, probe or overload the service;
• upload malicious files, or resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you where it is reasonable to do so.

Plans and prices will be shown to you clearly before you are ever charged, and any paid plan will have its own billing terms. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT; UAE VAT (currently 5%) is added to invoices where it applies. Until then, access may be provided free of charge or as an early-access trial, and may change with reasonable notice.

We work hard to keep BloomKin running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will tell you in advance where we can about planned maintenance.

BloomKin supports your HR processes but is not legal, tax or employment advice. Letter templates, reminders and calculations are tools to help you; please check anything important, such as payroll files and statutory documents, before relying on it.

To the extent the law allows, BloomKin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using BloomKin at any time. Company admins can download a copy of their data and permanently close the account themselves from the Company Profile page, or ask us to do it. We may end or suspend the service to a customer who seriously breaks these terms. On closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will tell account admins about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
